Back Pain

Hello worldwide.  I  hope you are well.  I am sorry for  being late  my  English is little not very well  sometimes  I  can wait  for some  one  to  help me  to create something  in  articles.  also the  spelling  sometimes is incorrect.  also  it can not  confuse you  about to  Philip Nyok and Rebecca Philip Nyok.  and  Rebecca Abuk Nyok.  those are same  Names Philip  is the Christian  Name  of my  Father  it  was the first   Email  but  now  use  Rebecca Abuk Nyok  or it No  problem.  I'm here from Kampala Uganda Entverroad Aerial Ndejje lubuguma.  Well I'm suffering from back bone  one bone separate from others bones it was start in  2009- and still now and  I visited Doctors. nothing changed and  the  pain kept increasing  I can't manage to walk very fast or work like before  because I'm  house wife  if  I  force myself the pain can cause  the  bleeding not in the correct date of women's periods  also the pain cause  too much  headaches and eyes issues.  also pain caused continuous eating of  eating of one type of food  rice and local chicken sometimes  I can't afford it also there is Tablets medicine  they give me  one after seven days and each tablet is sh-20,00  those staff make situation of money and health hard that's why I need to go there for  live and basic (lifely needs including the bone treatment solution.  I  don't have refugee card  because  the  way  for registration is  One day and half  go there  but the pain and bleeding and those  buses Who  take  people  there are  jumping  up and down  the pain can increase I   can't survive.  has   you said in your help if you  take me there   with out  card   I   can   thanks God for  that.  That  why   I.  Told  my  Lord  Pastor.  if you  respond   to help  me to go there  me   with my two children.  you  can direct me  How to get there and in   which Visa   and in which  vehicle should I use for    transport. because I don't know   anything about to that way.
